Inspite of protests from the executive committee members to relieve them from their posts and duties as they have been serving, they feel, for far too long, the house unanimously reelected the above members to their respective posts during the Annual General Meetings (AGM) of each year. Resignation letters were categorically rejected and the house unanimously requested the existing board members to continue  As of March 2011, the above members are still serving on the board.

Tawang Lachenpa is appointed as Gyapon (Asstt.to the Board) since 2009.

At Yul Dru Sum, the Executive Committee members function on a complete transparency : everyone reports to everyone. They also function as the area - coordinators of their respective residential area for other members of the organisation  during times of crisis for immediate and swift help. 

The Constitution of Yul Dru Sum and the decisions taken at each AGM are the guiding principles on which the organisation works at all times.
